Week 9 - Caio Farias


Hey folks, how are you?

This week was very funny because we were making our low-fidelity prototype in a digital version.

We, as you all already know, are going to make a 3D game on Unity and we have separated some main tasks to be implemented in this delivery: City building; Gathering items and Combat.

In my case, I got the combat mode. Essentially what was implemented for this mode included the player's interaction with enemies (thanks to Diogo Barata who started implementing this function); the player can attack the enemy; once the player attacks the enemy, the HP decreases and, if it reaches 0, the enemy's instance disappears from the game; the enemy can only chase the player when it exceeds its radius of play; In the case of the player, he can only attack the enemy when he exceeds its playing radius; Finally, an HP bar was also implemented that is directly related to the enemy's health points and a camera that is always focused on the enemy's HP bar;
